Mike makes himself available for personal one on one coaching as per the following
Terms and Conditions:

• Mike’s personal coaching for one or more individuals is done by telephone, either one-on-one or, for two or more people, over Mike’s private conference line.
• The topics discussed can be augmented with printed communications, email or snail mail, by Mike personally or by one of the members of his executive staff as required.
• Payment for personal Coaching is in the form of a minimum retainer of $5000.00, or more, based upon the projected amount of help the client needs.
• All coaching is then billed against the retainer at the rate of $325.00 per hour with a one hour minimum, and additional time billed in 15 minute increments during that same session.
• No one client can be scheduled for more than two hours per week. If the client wishes for more time in any given week, that is subject to Mike’s schedule of prior commitments.

If clients feel their needs are better served by Mike working with them in person rather than over the phone, these individuals may be better served by arranging a different, more appropriate venue and should look at Mike’s
Personal Appearances and Seminar scheduling.
